The Challenge

Leading up to the upcoming Olympic games, NBC wanted to understand how to best optimize the impact of Olympic sponsorship messaging and provide key sponsors with best practices of visual storytelling for sponsorship media moving forward.

Our Solution

We designed and conducted a bespoke Sponsorship Media Evaluation to guide and optimize Olympic sponsors’ communications by uncovering the relationship between logos and visual assets used for Olympic storytelling, and identify the optimal combination of elements to support the LA28 Olympic story and excitement surrounding the upcoming games.

Our Impact

Our research uncovered invaluable insights as to how corporate branded assets could best be used to highlight support for LA and ignite interest and appreciation for long-term Olympic sponsors. Learnings were incorporated in pre-Olympics sales collateral providing thought leadership for sponsor logo design and activation, and ultimately helped to secure logo lockups within the Paris Olympics media environment leading up to the LA28 games.
